Initial Appointment

The initial appointment with Dr. Mike Wasilisin, a renowned expert in movement therapy and rehabilitation, includes a one and a half hour session with Dr. Mike either in-person at his facility in Poway, CA, or via Zoom for a virtual consultation. Dr. Mike specializes in the innovative MoveU Method, which focuses on restoring natural movement patterns and empowering individuals to take control of their own healing. Prior to the session, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the MoveU Method and downloading the MoveU app for valuable instructional videos and resources. During the session, Dr. Mike will listen to your concerns, evaluate your movement patterns, and discuss your goals. He will provide insights, educate you on the Method's principles, and offer personalized exercises and recommendations to support your progress.
